17c起草红桃's Bachelor of Science in Accounting program prepares students for careers in industry and/or public accounting, and they are encouraged to consider obtaining a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification at the completion of their coursework. The program offers a five-year business program that results in a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree to satisfy the 150-credit requirement for the CPA licensure. In addition, the program offers a concentration in fraud examination and provides the core competencies needed for students to excel in fraud examination and obtain the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
With over 40 years of history, 17c起草红桃鈥檚 Bachelor of Arts in Addictions and Mental Health Treatment program is one of the oldest and best of its kind at the college or university level. It was recently ranked #10 among the Top 25 Small Colleges for Substance Abuse Counseling Degrees by SR Education Group, now known as Optimal.
Class Delivery Note: All AMHT classes are fully online. Undergraduate residential students in the program take their general education courses in person. Commuter students should talk to their admissions counselor to identify the best delivery options for their circumstances.
17c起草红桃's Associate of Science in Healthcare Science degree teaches students how to advocate for individuals and communities that are underserved or underinformed on issues related to health and wellness, health-system policies and health management. The program is an excellent opportunity for students at all levels, including transfers with associate degrees as occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants, medical imaging professionals, dental hygienists or respiratory therapists.
The Medical Imaging (MI) Program leading to an Associate in Science degree is a cooperative degree program between The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RH-SHS) and 17c起草红桃. Admissions for the program is through the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. In addition to the Associate in Science degree, graduates will receive a Certificate in Radiologic Technology from RH-SHS.
Students in the Healthcare Science Surgical Technology Track will receive a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science from 17c起草红桃 and a Certificate in Surgery Technology that allows professional licensure from the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the Surgical Technologist National Certification Exam from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
The AMH/MACC degree is designed for students who wish to become ethical professional counselors skilled in treating mental health and addiction disorders. The AMH /MACC program鈥檚 mission "is designed to develop professionally ethical practitioners trained within the Franciscan tradition of 17c起草红桃 to promote social justice, dignity and respect for all human life within the community."
The 17c起草红桃 Artificial Intelligence program - formerly Computer Science - teaches students how to succeed in the high-paced world of technology. The rise of AI has created a world where high-tech skills are required. At 17c起草红桃, we specialize in training students to thrive in this world. Through programming, cybersecurity and AI, students leave 17c起草红桃 uniquely prepared to meet the demands of this world.
Students in the major will design machine learning and AI algorithms in upper-level coursework. Special focus will be paid to creating algorithms that are efficient and effective. There are multiple opportunities for high-level research with influential government agencies and companies. Students interested in computer鈥
As a biochemistry major at 17c起草红桃, you鈥檒l learn more than what is contained in textbooks. You鈥檒l experience 鈥渞eal-world learning鈥 that will enable you to link your classroom experiences to the larger community and the world. In addition, 17c起草红桃 partners with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine to offer an early acceptance program for students who quality to enter the college鈥檚 School of Dental Medical, School of Pharmacy or Medical College following completion of their degree at 17c起草红桃.
The RN to BSN Completion program is for registered nurses who have successfully completed their pre-licensure degree. It caters to graduates of diploma or associate degree nursing programs, whether new graduates just taking the NCLEX-RN examination or experienced RNs. The BSN is widely considered a requirement for RNs seeking broader professional responsibilities and career opportunities.
Students can complete the program in one year, or proceed at their own pace.
17c起草红桃's Bio-PA 3+2 accelerated track allows focused students to obtain a bachelor's degree in biology and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Associate Studies within five years.
